Country Biscuits

Recipe of the Month


Combine flour and milk, then grate in the cold butter. Mix by hand until combined. Pour onto floured surface and roll out dough to 1" thickness. Cut into 8 biscuits and cook on baking sheet or cast iron at 375 degrees for 20 minute or until golden brown


  • 2 1/4 cups self rising flour

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 cup cold butter
